Lead Time

The lead time of samples is 3 days, delivery time is within 15 days after confirm order .

Cancellations

Our production time are always 20-25days after pre-production sample confirmation. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it.

Returns & Exchanges

All orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Items / Order Errors
